Flowzino started from a simple idea: a workflow is a diagram, so you should be able to build it as one.

Most automation tools hide the logic behind settings panels. You configure rules in a form and hope the result does what you pictured. We put the workflow on a canvas instead: every step is visible, every connection is explicit, and every run shows what each step did.

What we build

A focused product for teams that handle a stream of incoming requests: support inboxes, order problems, sales enquiries, internal tickets. A webhook brings each request in, a built-in step summarizes and classifies it, conditions route it, and Slack, email or another system gets the result.

How we work

We would rather ship a small set of steps that work end to end than a long list of half-finished integrations. New integrations go on the roadmap when customers ask for them; you can request one from the Integrations page inside the app.
